Saltillo:
Arrived Jan 3rd and our evening walk around town brought us to a carnival.

It turned out to be a quiet night and sleep was wonderful despite no heat.

The morning was peaceful and we set out for breakfast and decided to not leave real early due to the cold weather and wanting to enjoy the quaint town of Saltillo. So here are some shots from the morning. You`ll find some scenery, a professor from Springfield, Missouri we met, and a cathedral.

So after squaring away details we started out of the parking garage and were searching for the motorcycle shop to get Randys bike looked since the fan stopped working. Upon getting there we had another engine cut off switch casualty. Robs got busted off getting caught on his tank bag. We searched and only found one of the little contacts but with the addition of some wire that Bridger got from the shop, the bike was soon squared away. So now 2 bikes have these switches taped up. Perhaps Kawasaki should reconsider their durability.
We hung out on the streets waiting for a bit before we left at about Noon.

While waiting...
And we were on the road.

Heading towards St Luis Potosi but due to the late start our plans shifted a little. We ended up in Matehuala. We get into these towns and scurry around looking for places to stay and we really made out well.

They let us pull our bikes right into the courtyard. It was really cool. I guess not that different though from my house because I do have a bike in my dining room back in PA.
